Today, I’m going to talk about what are the most common/ classic dishes Thai people like to order. You can use this list as your guideline when ordering. There is no limitation on what meat you would like or how spicy the dish should be so… Let’s get started!

Khee Mao literally means drunkard. So, I guess this original dish was from a drunk chef. lol While he was cooking, he randomly went la la la with all the herbs and spices he had and boom! There you go… This dish goes really well with seafood. Instead of cooked rice, some locals like to order Pad Khee Mao with instant noodle, glass noodle, or pasta.
